A complimentary upgrade to a premier class room on the 15th floor showcased the hotel's commitment to hospitality. the spacious room featured an impressive rainfall shower and high-quality linens. Breakfast served on our floor added a personal touch, while staff were consistently attentive and friendly. However, the dining experience during the New Year’s Eve dinner was disappointing, as seating arrangements were not as expected, and issues with payment for additional guests were frustrating. The food quality varied, with some dishes being well-received while others fell short of expectation.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Event Services
Our stay lasted two nights in a Deluxe Double Room. The staff stood out, especially Rachelle and Anne, who were incredibly attentive during our town hall event. The food exceeded our expectations, and the quick responsiveness of the banquet team made everything run smoothly. A great choice for events!

We had an amazing getaway with friends! The staff was super friendly, making it easy to relax. We explored the nearby mall and checked out some great dining spots. The pool was fun too, though it could use a little cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed a comfortable stay and would recommend it!
Check-in process felt a bit off with the layout of the hotel. Having to navigate from car park to different elevators was confusing.

I had a great time at Crimson Hotel while celebrating a family gathering. The staff greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. Our Deluxe Double Room was spacious with a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed? Super comfortable! The breakfast selection at Cafe Eight kept us satisfied every morning with delicious choices. I loved the access to the Executive Lounge where the atmosphere was calming. The complimentary snacks and evening cocktails added a nice touch. I appreciated the pool area, though it did feel crowded during peak hours. One downside was the check-in process. it felt a bit confusing. I had trouble navigating the different elevators from the car park. Also, some maintenance issues in the room made me want to give feedback. The linens needed a deep clean. But overall, the friendly service and excellent dining made it a memorable stay.

Friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome.
My stay at the Premier Double Room was disappointing. The bed was awkwardly placed on the floor, adding a tripping hazard, and the bed skirt had a huge stain. I also faced an inconvenience with the lack of basic supplies in the room. there was only half a roll of toilet paper and an empty box of Kleenex available. To make matters worse, the walls were so thin that I could hear everything happening in the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The deluxe double room had an amazing view of the city skyline with big windows. Breakfast was a real treat with coconut milk french toast, and I loved the water refilling stations on every floor. Staff were super helpful, and I appreciated the bidet in the bathroom. The room felt cozy with a comfy bed and clean sheets.
